Warranties: All warranties are manufacturer's warranties and subject to manufacturer's terms and conditions. Estimated Arrival Date: Lead times are estimated based on manufacturer's recommendations, order requirements and past history. Creative Classics cannot be held responsible for arrival delays beyond our control including but not limited to fabric/leather delays, production delays and shipping delays. While we do our best to meet arrival estimates we make no guarantee expressed or implied that merchandise will be received within estimated time period. No discounts will be given for items received after estimated arrival. Return Policy: Not all items are eligible for return, exchange or refund. Custom Orders: Items ordered according to Customer specifications such as but not limited to fabric or leather color, finish, style, size, etc. are FINAL SALES and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Floor Samples: Items used for display, customer demonstrations or that have been discontinued are sold "As Is" at a reduced price and are labeled "Floor Sample". All Floor Sample sales are FINAL SALES and not eligible for return, exchange or store credit. Stock Items: Stock items (excluding Sleeper Sofas) and items that are purchased from the showroom other than Floor Samples are eligible for return and a full refund of merchandise value within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days a store credit will be issued within 30 days of purchase. Items must be undamaged and in re-saleable condition. Original store receipt is required for all returns. No shipping or delivery fees will be refunded and a pick up fee equal to the delivery charge will apply. Sleeper Sofas: No sleeper sofa is available for return under any circumstances. Re-Stocking Fee: Merchandise returns, at the sole discretion of Creative Classics, may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer will forfeit the original delivery and assembly charges and incur a pick-up fee. Cancellation Policy: Orders must be cancelled within 72 hours of order date. If manufacturer has begun production within the 72 hour cancellation period, a 25% restocking fee shall apply. Damage and/or Manufacturer's Defect: Delivered items: Please inspect your merchandise at the time of delivery and note any damages and/or defect on the delivery ticket in the space provided. Any item received damaged or defective will be repaired or replaced by Creative Classics. Customer is to accept items in usable condition on the understanding that Creative Classics will repair or replace merchandise where damage or defect has been noted on delivery ticket. Determination of appropriate remedy for damaged or defective goods will be at the sole discretion of Creative Classics. Customers who refuse merchandise will be charged a Refusal Fee equal to the cost of delivery. Damage not noted on delivery ticket or reported after delivery personnel have left will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Creative Classics. Customer Pick up: Please inspect your merchandise before leaving the Warehouse and note any damage and/or defect on the picking ticket. Any damage and/or defect noted at the time of pick up will be repaired or replaced by Creative Classics. Customer will be responsible for any damage on merchandise reported after leaving the Warehouse. Product Variation: Because our furniture is crafted from natural materials such as wood and leather some variation in appearance from samples shown is to be expected. Leather: As with any dyeing process, leather color will vary from dye lot to dye lot. Additionally, leather soaks up color during the dyeing process and this may create subtle shading variations due to the thickness and location on the hide. If Customer is concerned about leather color varying from sample shown we recommend that a swatch approval be requested. The finest natural leathers exhibit various surface markings and texture variations such as healed scars, bug bites, stretch marks, neck wrinkles and graining. These are not flaws, do not affect the durability of the hide and do not constitute a defect. Wood: Naturally finished wood products will vary due to grain and the aging process. Some hardwoods will be light in appearance when first manufactured and develop, a rich warm patina over time. Stained finishes will vary from dye lot to dye lot and wood will absorb stains differently throughout a piece due to natural grain variations. Slight differences in the hue and intensity of a stained finish on merchandise received from that of the sample shown are to be expected and do not constitute a defect. Fabric: Color may vary from dye lot to dye lot. Slight differences in color and shade intensity are to be expected and do not constitute a defect. Web Samples: Color samples of stains, finishes and upholstery shown on our website are for use as general reference only. It is not possible to accurately depict color on the web as color appears differently from monitor to monitor. Deliveries: Deliveries are scheduled within a 3 hour window. While we do our best to meet your pre-determined delivery window we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control such as but not limited to: weather, traffic and vehicle malfunctions. Any balance due on orders must be paid at time of delivery. Unless prior arrangements have been made with Creative Classics a delivery date must be accepted by customer within two weeks of notification that product is in or a storage fee of $250 per month will apply. Customer Pick up: Customers who wish to avoid the delivery charge my elect to pick up their merchandise at our warehouse. Please bring the copy of your order and identification with you. Please inspect your merchandise before leaving the Warehouse and note any damage and/or defect on the picking ticket. Any damage and/or defect noted at the time of pick up will be repaired or replaced by Creative Classics. Customer will be responsible for any damage on merchandise reported after leaving the Warehouse. Legal Jurisdiction: Legal jurisdiction for any legal actions involving Creative Classics must be in the courts of the City of Alexandria in Virginia, USA. All provisions in this document are severable. If any provision is held to be invalid, it shall not affect the other provisions, which shall be given full force and effect. |
