A comfortable sleeper!

The Comfort Sleeper provides a solid wood support base underneath the mattress, eliminating the metal bars associated with a poor night's sleep. The plush, high-density, high-resiliency foam mattress is 5" thick and has no springs to create uncomfortable pressure points and is available with an extra firm option.
A comfortable sofa! The special features of the Comfort Sleeper also make it more comfortable as a sofa! When the bed is folded away, the seat cushions of the sofa rest on top of the mattress which serves as the suspension system for the sofa: no sitting on top of metal support bars as with conventional sleep sofas! Additionally, the seat cushions are sculpted to fit around the mattress so they stay in place. If you think a sleeper cannot be a comfortable sofa you need to sit on the Comfort Sleeper!
More mattress in less space! Conventional sleepers retro-fit a mattress into a standard-sized sofa. Although they call it a "Queen" you'll find that the mattress is only 72 - 75 inches long, yet when unfolded it takes up 90"-95" of floor space. The Comfort Sleeper starts with standard size mattresses and designs the sofa around them. This original concept in combination with the unique, patented Tiffany 24/7 mechanism gives you more mattress in less floor space. When unfolded The Comfort Sleeper takes up only 85" from the back of the sofa to the end of the mattress. Additionally, there is no wasted space between the mattress and the arms and back of the sofa. This results in a smaller scale sofa from arm to arm. For example, most of the Queen Comfort Sleepers are only 75" at the widest point (from arm to arm) but contain a true queen sized mattress: 60" W x 80" L.
